SourceTrace ESE™ for Microfinance Agent Module provides a high level of data visibility to MFI agents working in the field. While highly secure, the Agent Module also puts the full range of customer financial data at an MFI officer’s fingertips.

SourceTrace ESE™ Group Lending Module is built around a 3rd-party administered, group lending model that gives MFIs flexibility in servicing remote field locations. Local merchants and other 3rd-party “virtual agents” can collect and disburse loans among group lending arrangements, while the MFI has full, remote administration and access control of Point of Sale devices and other handsets used by 3rd parties.

Both modules enable Microfinance organizations to offer new programs to rural customers, as well as update current services on the fly.
