Organelles is a company that provides customized solutions using appropriate technology to a specific market segment where we provide a unique value proposition to make your operation faster, better and cheaper.
We are not selling a commodity – we provide customized solutions where we leverage our core strength – The knowledge and experience of our management and technology teams and the access to local/ global software, hardware technologies to provide a wholistic solution that satisfies customer needs.
A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY
- Organelles started as Organelles Holdings & Management Company in 2003 as a joint venture with Malaysian/ Singaporean consortiums to bring their IT technology solution to the Philippines with primary focus on in-sourcing/ outsourcing solution and data center services.
- In 2005, the company became wholly owned by Herb Fernando, managing director. At that time, the company was refocused from a do-it-all solution provider to a very focused company that provide a one step solution from data capture to processing and integrity to the backroom system of customers.
- In the same year, Organelles signed a technical agreement with Infinite Peripherals Inc. and Software Ventures Inc. to provide software/ hardware technologies to Organelles.
- Again in 2005 – The development of the Organelles DPR (Data Capture, Process and Reporting) Solution was completed.
- In 2008 – Organelles signed a partnership agreement with Excel Asia to provide SAP One (Backroom) to Organelles customers.
- In 2010 – Organelles signed a partnership agreement with Infinite Peripherals and Sourcetrace.
TODAY
The Organelles DPR Solution has become ubiquitous in the market segment. It operates namely:
- Organelles Mobile Solutions, Inc. – The transportation – more than 1500 buses
- Organelles Parking Solution – The whole Makati City CBD District
- Organelles Food Solution – more than 1000 food outlets
- Organelles Collection Services
- 1377 Motorcycle Collection
- 1500 Credit Investigation Services
